In 2012, The Stanley Brothers helped create The Realm of Caring, a nonprofit based in Colorado Springs that focuses on providing access to endocannabinoid research and education. The Realm of Caring currently serves over 55,000 clients worldwide and has a network of over 1,300 healthcare providers.
